Specializing in working with contractors on pole barn projects and managing larger window and door jobs, Cole ensures each project receives the attention it deserves.

After work, Cole stays busy coaching his two young children’s sports teams or assisting his wife, a swim team coach, by keeping stats at swim meets. For Cole, family always comes first, and his dedication to both work and home life is unmatched.

With over 55 years in the lumber business, Steve Carnes is a true veteran of the industry. He discovered his passion for lumber while in college and never looked back. At Ohio Lumber, Steve specializes in quoting and estimating, working closely with contractors and customers to ensure every project runs smoothly and without a hitch. Now working part-time in the afternoons, Steve continues to bring his vast experience and dedication to every task.

Steve’s commitment extends beyond the workplace. He credits his wife, Vikki—whom he affectionately calls the love of his life—as his saint for standing by his side for over 53 years.

Kris Titus wears many hats as the Bookkeeper and HR Director, expertly managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and all HR matters. She loves working in Ohio Lumber’s family-oriented environment and takes pride in ensuring the numbers always add up perfectly in this growing company.

Outside of work, Kris’s life is filled with love and activity. She enjoys spending time with her four daughters and six grandchildren, and her two playful kittens, Kozmo and Karma, add a dash of fun to her busy days.

James thrives on bringing dreams to life. With over 25 years of experience, he expertly guides customers through the transformation process, turning their vision for kitchens, baths, and windows into stunning realities. He takes pride ensuring every detail aligns with quality and beauty.

Outside of work, James channels his creativity into woodworking and explores the great outdoors as an avid hiker. A music enthusiast, he even plays the bagpipes, adding a unique rhythm to his life.

With valuable experience and a customer-first mindset, James takes pride in delivering great service and solutions.

James lives in Bellefontaine and is a proud father of six awesome children, staying busy after hours supporting their activities—from baseball and wrestling to golf and gymnastics. A lifelong Cincinnati Reds fan, James brings the same energy and team spirit to work that helped him become a Little League World Series champion in 2004.

Brandon thrives on helping contractors and homeowners turn their visions into reality. Specializing in decks, brick, and pole barns, Brandon’s expertise ensures every project achieves its ultimate potential. He’s proud to be part of a family-owned business that genuinely cares about its customers and their goals.

When he’s not assisting clients, Brandon enjoys the great outdoors—fishing, hunting, and cheering on his favorite teams. A true sports enthusiast, he’s a devoted fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Columbus Blue Jackets.
